recently i recived a comment on my post about starting the process of losing weigh for free it was from a company that sells herbal suppliments and penis pumps i didnot approve this comment becuase i feel it important not to have the link on my blog to a website that promots having to use a diet pill.
not cool, we are talking about losing weight for free and i stress this there will be some one off costs that are optional and would benifit more than just the one person in your house trying to lose weight.
